We have never sold personal information for money and do not intend to. The activity described above is nevertheless “sharing” under California law, and you may refuse it at any time through Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, so if your browser sends one you are opted out without doing anything further. Where you have opted out, events are sent to Meta with Limited Data Use applied.

As of this version, no advertising platform receives any data from this site; the section describes what happens once advertising begins.

Important: TagsTrader is not involved in the legal transfer process and does not share transfer-related data with state DMV agencies or regulatory bodies unless required by law.

Transfer-related data is retained for the duration of the transaction and for a reasonable period thereafter to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of transfer-related data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements for transaction records.

We do not use transfer coordination data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties except as required by law or to comply with regulatory requests from state authorities.
